disclosure2peppermintpie

Here is a super quick and easy Holiday Recipe- 10 Minute Peppermint Pie. No baking required! This pie takes between 5-10 minutes to assemble. You will need to allow for additional time for softening the ice cream and Cool Whip. Plus, you will need to allow additional time for the pie to set in the freezer.

I tested this recipe out at our church’s Thanksgiving Day dinner and it was a hit!

Once you pie has firmed up you are ready to go. I usually allow the pie to set out on the counter for 5 minutes before slicing.

I was able to do 2 pies with one half gallon of peppermint ice cream. I used a regular sized container of Cool Whip for each pie.
