Here is a SUPER FAST & SIMPLE dressing recipe for you- Homemade Rosemary & Lemon Dressing. This is perfect for Summertime!
Homemade Rosemary & Lemon Dressing Ingredients:
Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
Fresh Rosemary (1 sprig)
Pinch of Salt
Black Pepper (optional)
*3 parts oil to 1 part lemon juice
In a jar, combine olive oil and fresh squeezed lemon juice. A good ratio is 3 parts oil to 1 part lemon juice. Chop 1-2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary and add to the mixture. (I also placed the remainder of the spring inside the jar.)
You can also forgo the Rosemary and just make “lemon dressing” if you prefer. Add a pinch of salt. Place the lid on top and shake, shake, shake.
If you want a sweeter dressing add a bit of Stevia.If you want more of a bite, then add some fresh ground black pepper. Season to taste. Store in the refrigerator.
Please keep in mind this dressing will probably taste a bit on the acidic side on it’s own, but should balance out once you add it to the salad.
