Pumpkin Spice Latte (Crockpot Recipe Version)

Here is a fabulous crockpot recipe if you need to whip up a batch of Pumpkin Spice Lattes!

(You know the official holiday rules dictate we all have to switch over to Peppermint recipes next week….so we have this last week to get our pumpkin fix. :))

You should be able to get approximately 8-10 servings with this recipe. You could always double the recipe to make more. As you know, I love my crockpot. This recipe is so easy- you just dump everything in and let the slow cooker work it’s magic.

Pumpkin Spice Latte

(Crockpot Recipe Version)

Latte Ingredients

-3 Cups Milk
-1 Cup of French Vanilla Creamer *
-3 Cups strongly Brewed Coffee
-1/2 cup of Sugar
-1 Teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice (you can make your own- recipe here)
-1/2 Cup of Canned pumpkin

(*You could substitute 1 cup of milk for the creamer)

For Topping:

-Whipped Cream
– Ground Cinnamon

Combine all ingredients (except for topping ingredients) in your crockpot and and whisk together. Cook on high for 2 hours. (I did pop in and stir every now and then because the pumpkin does like to settle towards the bottom.)

To serve, you can use a Ladle into mugs or carefully transfer to a Thermal Carafe.

Pour into a mug (I like these)and top with whipped cream and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.

I will have to try this. I have been using my crock pot almost daily lately – even went and bought another one (smaller size) about a week ago so I can use 2 at one time. I will have to try this recipe in my smaller one. Thanks for sharing – I am going to pin it, too.

      Hi Melissa,

Great question. Hmm…I would think you could combine the ingredients so long the coffee is room temp or colder the night before and refrigerate until ready to add to the crockpot the next day. Thanks for the question! -Jessica
