DIY Zombie Ring Dish

You might be surprised to know I am a HUGE The Walking Dead fan. I am anxiously counting down the days to the season premier.

My friends and I love to head down to Senaio GA and do a little shopping at The Woodbury Shoppe (The Walking Dead store) and look around the town. My friends Carrie and Allison gave me these fabulous earrings on a girls trip we took down to Senioa a few weeks ago.

So… I had the idea for this super EASY and INEXPENSIVE DIY- a Zombie Ring Dish.

The great things about this project is that you do NOT have to use a zombie….you can use any small plastic figurine that is vertical and small enough to hold rings- a plastic dinosaur, dog, cat…

Plus, this is such an inexpensive project. I think the dish was a $1, I found the metallic markers in the Target Dollar Spot for $1 each and the Zombie was from a pack of cheap plastic zombies my son picked up at Walmart…oh and glue. You will of course need superglue. So you should be able to make these for $2-$3 each!

What You Need:

Plastic Figure (vertical)

Metallic Paint Pen

Small White Dish

Paint your zombie….

..then paint your dish….

…allow to dry. Superglue the zombie to the dish. Wa-la!

So here are a few personal photos of my friends and I in Woodbury/Senioa and at Terminus. If you are a TWD fan you may recognize a couple people. 🙂

If you are ever in GA (Near Atlanta), you need to head to Senioa and check out “Woodbury” and The Walking Dead Store- The Woodbury Shoppe. (Here is a link to their facebook page)

Oh and if you are interested in the shirt I am wearing in some of the photos… you can grab that over on Amazon.
